Admin Assassin makes your admin problems disappear and we take away the burden of your social media. Our aim is to make your posts reach the right people with awesome content that generates the right level of engagement. Because we believe no one should be left behind when it comes to admin or social media support. And we make it fun.

If you want to please the social media Gods (those pesky algorithms!), you need the right approach. Working together, we can manage your social media or train you on how to use it. When it comes to admin, we can help you organise your office and your email inbox, along with everything from document formatting to email marketing. Meet the Team – Kelly Allen and AJ Allen
Meet Kelly…
I founded Admin Assassin in 2019 because I wanted to make admin fun and interesting. Due to the demand in our services across Hinckley and Leicestershire, my partner AJ joined the business in 2021, and as a combined force, our services have skyrocketed. Before I started my business, I worked in corporate sales and admin for years. I’ve done hard(core) sales, soft sales, door-knocking sales… This experience was useful, but my true passion lies with admin; I love writing up a process or a procedure. And I can build a mean CRM system too.
Meet AJ…
I manage the social media side of the business. After initially studying to work with animals, I soon found I was allergic, so I focused on finding a new career path. I taught myself graphic design including Photoshop, and more recently social media and Canva skills. Using graphics to create engaging posts for our clients is a favourite of mine. I also enjoy understanding the background of how social media platforms work, including the algorithms and insights. It’s great seeing our clients’ reach grow and their businesses grow in general.
Meet Digger…
The third and furry member of our team is Digger the dog, who’s responsible for moral support and he’s a mean shredder too. Well-known for his regular appearance on Zoom calls, Digger’s wages are a biscuit per meeting. Our “Goodest Boi” is there to offer a comforting paw to the team and any clients with problems who need some Digger-time.
Outside of work, you’ll find us swinging an axe on a battlefield, as we both love taking part in historic reenactments. We enjoy working together educating the public on the Anglo Saxons to Vikings to World War Two. Reenacting is not as easy as you think. You have to live as others have lived. We adore our reenactment ‘families’ who are our close friends.
Being able to use our weird and wonderful hobbies on social media puts us apart from other people. And this helps us to manage the noise of our own social media because we’re different and quite memorable! So, you can sit and have a chat with us about social media or Anglo-Saxon medicine. Whatever floats your boat…
