Office Organisation (in-house)
One way we often help our clients is to pull their messy offices apart, and then archive, shred, keep, and bin relevant documents. Afterwards, we’ll put it back together with a streamlined structure. First, we’ll review your existing structure to see if any changes are needed, and then we’ll leave you with a well-organised office!
Email Organisation (in-person)
The aim of this game is to have an empty email inbox at the end. We’ll review your existing structure and add new folders and sub-folders. We’ll then clear your inbox and file useful emails. Using colour coding and a flag system, we can help you find emails quickly and you’ll always know what to do with them. When it comes to unwanted emails, we will unsubscribe, junk and bin. We can also provide you with calendar support.
Document Control (in-person)
It’s important to keep a tidy office. After all, if you can’t find important documents, then this can cause big problems! We’ll look at your current systems to see what’s working and what isn’t. We’ll then restructure your folders and sub-folders, adding labels to documents – for example, what it is and then date stamp.
Paper Filing Support
It’s a good idea to go through your paperwork every year and decide what you need to keep. We can provide annual paper archiving support to help you clear out over-stuffed filing cabinets, so you have room for new paperwork. After we have reviewed your current filing system, we might suggest a restructure and a clearer labelling approach.
General and Seasonal Support
We can help you in so many ways, from sorting your emails and paperwork to filing digital documents. Everything we do follows the same process. So, no matter whether your documents are printed or online, they should all be labelled the same way.
