Christmas is just around the corner, and we’re busy helping small business owners with their annual email inbox cleanup! A tidy and organised inbox is a great way to end the year, so you can go off on your festive break and truly relax. Saying goodbye to Digger, and hello to Hela
It’s been a tough year for Admin Assassin. We were absolutely devastated when we lost our third and furry team member, Digger our “Goodest Boi”, back in April. We know that many of you miss his cuddles and regular Zoom appearances too. He was our one-of-a-kind canine companion, and there will always be a Digger-shaped hole in our hearts.

But later this year, we gave another beautiful doggy a home – Hela. Similar to Digger, Hela also hadn’t had a great start in life. Born in the EU, her tail and ears had been docked badly, and she had been dragged under a car, which had degloved her leg.

As Hela was susceptible to MRP, she got a serious infection in her leg and then had to have it amputated. We adopted her in June at 10-months-old from an animal shelter in Wales. We love her so much, but she is a naughty devil at times!

Our 2024 South African adventure

As many of you know, Kelly has South African roots. During January, we will be travelling to South Africa to visit family in Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage, and to have an adventure.

We will have a few days in Addo Elephant Park and then a week in Cape Town, so AJ can go cage diving with Great White sharks. Kelly will be at the hotel taking no part in this craziness! We seriously cannot wait for this trip of a lifetime.

Our email inbox tips

So, back to business! We thought we’d share three tips to help you clean your email inbox:

1. Create folders to help you organise your emails. For example – Clients, General Admin, Networking, and so on.
2. File emails you need to keep and delete any that you don’t need.
3. If you use an email system like Outlook, colour-code your emails, so you know what to do with them. For example – red could mean ‘action’.
