Anyone taking out a management package, must also go through the social media training.
Initial set up:
- Full review of all social media platforms
- Update to main page – including graphics, banners and About section
- Create a social media plan and calendar
- Create graphics to suit calendar
- Schedule first month’s posts via our scheduling platform
Monthly Work:
- Use your content to create and schedule weekly posts
- Update and change graphics to suit content
- Schedule monthly posts
- Quarterly Review
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly content by the 10th of each month
- To check the scheduled posts in a timely fashion
- To engage and communicate with your audience
- To do additional posts as and when necessary

Social Media Package One– 6-month Contract Minimum
This package is aimed at businesses that just want a presence on social media, looking to keep their page current but are not actively using it for marketing.
• Between 1 and 2 posts per week
• Post types: Picture
• 6-month content plan and weekly posting schedule
• No reviews or reports
• Quarterly catch up via zoom/telephone
Social Media Package Two – 12-month Contract Minimum
This package is aimed at businesses looking to increase their reach and engagement on social media. You will be required to take an active role in sharing, commenting and adding to your social media.
• Between 2 and 5 posts per week
• Post types: Picture, Video, Animation
• 12-month blog plan and monthly posting schedule
• Monthly review and report
• Monthly catch up via zoom/telephone
Social Media Package Three – 12-month Contract Minimum
This package is aimed at businesses looking to increase their sales via social media. You will be required to take an active role in commenting and adding to your social media.
• Up to 7 posts a week
• Post types: Picture, Video, Animation, Reel, Story
• 12-month blog plan and monthly posting schedule
• Fortnightly review and report
• Fortnightly catch up via zoom/telephone
