This is a very special case study… not only was Tarnya my first ever client, but she is also my aunt. Now I know asking a family member to do a case study may sound a bit odd – but if I wasn’t any good she would have told me by now! Tarnya is an amazing HR consultant, which means her social media needs to reflect her business and any current legislation changes. We also help with a bit of bookkeeping and postal marketing when required. Never a dull moment in the world of HR.

Please write a brief overview of why you contacted Admin Assassin for support?

I recognise that I am not very good at managing my own social media and certain tasks related to the administration of my own business always end up at the bottom of the ‘to do’ list. As soon as I was able to afford to outsource these functions, I knew that Admin Assassin would be able to help me.

They manage all of my social media and they complete various administration tasks, some regularly, some ad hoc depending on my need.

It allows me to focus on my areas of expertise, knowing that I will get a monthly reminder to do what is required. Admin Assassin understand my business needs and customise the service they offer me to take into account what I want and need. I am very happy with the service they offer.

Without any hesitation. Kelly and AJ are great to work with – they are no-nonsense people.
They take the time to understand what their clients need, offer them options to consider, are clear on what they need from their clients, what services they do and don’t provide and then get on and do it to a great standard within the agreed timescales.
